For over a decade, iStore has been providing Apple solutions to Arizona residents, businesses and school districts.

In 1994, Steve Walker, iStore founder, began selling and servicing pre-owned Macintosh computers from his home. Steve soon realized that in order to service his customer effectively, the company needed more space for a service center and a showroom to display the used computers. So, in 1995, Re-Mac Computers opened in Mesa, Arizona.

Soon thereafter, Re-Mac became an Apple Authorized Reseller and Apple Authorized Service Provider, selling and servicing all Apple products, new and used. In 1997, Re-Mac was invited by Apple to join their elite group of resellers known as Apple Specialists.

In 2002, Re-Mac’s second location opened in the Scottsdale Airpark with a larger and more inviting showroom and a comfortable training center.

As technology changed over the years, so did our customer expectations and the product and service offerings of our small company. In 2008, Re-Mac underwent significant changes which included retiring the name Re-Mac Computers and the birth of iStore.

In late 2008, the beautiful iStore at Dana Park opened to an anxious crowd of long-time customers, eager to see the spacious and inviting new store. iStore at Dana Park boasts our largest retail showroom with a customer lounge in the center and a second lounge near the Service Center, where you can watch your favorite TV show while we service your favorite Apple product.

Being an independent and locally owned Apple Specialist, we really can and want to take care of our all of our most cherished customers. We strive to always exceed all of our customers’ expectations.
